Our address is unit 8 Millers Bridge industrial estate, Seymour Street, L20 1EE. The closest train station is Oriel Road, which is about a 5 minute walk.

Its probably the best way for us to figure out if we're going to be a good fit to work together, but if you really hate talking on the phone, no judgement, book a call and just reply to our initial message, we can have a chat by text from there :)
We've got sessions at a variety of days and times, Monday, Wedneaday and Friday morning sessions at 6am and 9:30am, Tuesday and Thursday at midday, and 5pm, 6pm and 7pm every night of the week, Saturdays we've got sessions at 9am and 10am.
Sessions last roughly an hour, sometimes a little longer, sometimes a little shorter. If you're pushed for time we can adjust things to suit you.
We've got a couple of different options, its best to book in and have a chat by phone/text.
Yes, open gym is included with all our memberships.
No. We've spent years getting people fitter and stronger. If you want to do your own thing there are plenty of commercial gyms you can choose instead.
We take our training seriously, its the bread and butter of what we do. But we also do loads of stuff outside the gym.
We run regular socials, so that we're not just always in the gym.
Casual park walks, BBQs, Pizza nights, meals out, boozey sessions trying to find the best Guinness in town (and finding wigs. . . . . ), 'fun' runs, Hikes, ghost tours, competition days.
All stuff to to do outside the gym.
