FAQ'S

  • How many spaces are available?

    We're looking for 10 people who are want to spend the next 12 weeks upgrading their physical health, and be happy with what they see in the mirror.

  • Do I need any experience?

    Nope, absolutely not. Our friendly and experienced coaches will guide you through the entire process, and help you get into incredible shape. 

  • Where is it?

    The sessions will take place at our training facility, just off the dock road. The full address is: Unit 8, Millers Bridge Industrial estate, Seymour Street, L20 1EE. 


    We're the first unit on the left, as you come through the gate at the top of Seymour street.

  • What date is it, and what time does it start?

    We will be holding an introduction session on Saturday 11th February, and the 12 weeks will begin on the following Monday. 

  • Who will be coaching me?

    Our knowledgable and experienced coaches will be leading you through your training sessions. We each hold various training qualifications, as well as sports/fitiness related degrees AND well over 5 decades of strength training/coaching experience between us. 

  • How often can I train?

    We recommend that you commit to training 3 times per week, given other committments, along with this being the sweet spot to see progress. BUT you have access to the gym to train as much as you'd like over the course of the 12 weeks. 

  • How often are the sessions?

    We're open 6 days a week, at a variety of times that you can book in advance. The calendar is available on our dedicated training app.

  • Is there a limit on numbers?

    Yes, we limit our sessions to 10 people per session. This is to ensure the gym is never too busy, and that everyone gets high quality coaching.

  • How much is it?

    It depends, we'll be running an early bird offer, so register your interest and keep your eyes peeled for that! Make sure you add our email address to your favourites so you don't miss anything!

  • What happens after the 12 weeks?

    If you follow our advice and guidance you will have some incredible results following the 12 weeks. You have the option to join as member if you wish, as long  we mutually feel we can make further progress together. No pushy sales tactics from us.

  • Can I join as a member after the 12 weeks?

    Yes, if we both feel we're a good fit to work together you are welcome to join.

  • What memberships are available?

    We have a variety of options, that depend on your circumstances, how much you can commit to training across both group and one to one training is availble. This is something we can discuss later.
