You've made it this far, so obviously you've got questions!

  • When does it start?

    You can start the 30 day shred right away. Which always the best option. BUT if you have something coming up, like a holiday, just shoot us a quick message and we can sort the start date out.

  • What do I get?

    You'll get access to Three of our awesome group training sessions per week, completing a strength training program which is aimed at teaching you the fundamentals of training and correct movement, this will be lead  by an experienced, knowledgable and friendly coach, coupled with support for your nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. 

  • Why the restriction on sessions?

    The biggest reason for not training we hear is “I don’t have time” we know that we can help you get the progress you want by investing 2-3 hours of training per week. Think progress, not perfect. 

  • Do sessions have limited numbers?

    Yes, sessions are limited to 10 people per session. This provides plenty of space for both you to train, and coaches to coach.

  • Where is it?

    Sessions take place at our strength training facility, off the dock road. The full address is: Unit 8, Millers Bridge Industrial Estate, L20 1EE

  • How many can apply?

    Spaces are limited to 5 per intake. This is to ensure we provide you with the best possible coaching.

  • How much does it cost?

    The course is one off investment of £89.00. Compare this to an hour long session with a mediocre personal trainer, which costs around £35-£40 an hour and you’ll see the value in this course.

  • Can I join after I've finished the course?

    Yes. If we think you’re a good fit to become a full time member at the gym, we’ll be able to talk about a membership that suits your needs. 

  • Are my results guaranteed?

    Your results can only be guaranteed by two things. Your effort and your consistency. If you don’t give either, you won’t get anywhere. With that being said, unless you’re 100% satisfied with what you get from us, and you’ve put in the required effort, we’ll refund you in full. Thats a 100% money back guarantee.
