Supplementary bonus sessions to help get a sweat on and get those abs popping! 

Follow the instructions on either of the below sessions to build your own session, you can also add it on the app using the guidance at the bottom of the screen. 
Bonus conditioning sessions Session 1:

Equipment needed: 

-Sled
-Dumbbell and or Kettle bell

Perform one continuous set, keep the rest minimal: 

- 10 Goblet squats
- 10 kettle bell swings
- 20 metres/2 lengths of sled pushes 

With the goblet squats & kettle bell swings reduce the number of reps in each round, so 10, then 9, 8, 7, 6 all the way down to 1. 

Keep the sled pushes at the same distance/lengths (20 metres or 2 lengths)
Bonus conditioning session 2:

Bodyweight conditioning session:

Perform one continuous set, keep the rest minimal: 

10 Bodyweight squats
10 Burpees
10 plank push ups
30 second plank

With the bodyweight squats, plank push ups & burpees reduce the number of reps in each round, so 10, then 9, 8, 7, 6 all the way down to 1. 

Keep the planks at 30 seconds throughout
