We like to make sure we're keeping our standards high in order to provide you with the best possible service, and to make sure we're optimising your results. 

Given the absolutely crazy situation that has unfolded over the past couple of months, I feel its important that we get an idea of where you're at, and how you feel about returning to the gym.
