The Liverpool Strength Company was specifically created for people who want to transform their lives, whether thats by gaining strength, building a ton of muscle, or burning through annoying body fat, we're here to help you get into the best shape of your life, and enjoy the process along the way.
- I'VE NEVER LIFTED WEIGHTS BEFORE, IS THAT GOING TO BE A PROBLEM?
No, absolutely not.
Everything we do is customised to your current level of fitness.
So whether you've been training for years, or have never touched a barbell before in your life, we'll adapt our sessions based on you.
- WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU OFFER?
We like to call our training 'Personalised Group coaching.'
This is because you'll be completing a program which is customised to your goal, but you'll be doing it with the added benefits of being in a supportive training environment, whilst being shown what to do by one of our awesome coaches
We also offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions.
- DO YOU HAVE LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN EACH SESSION?
Yes.
We want to make sure the gym is never too busy, or absolutely rammed like other gyms can get.
For this reason, we limit our sessions to 12 per session.
In order to train, you need to book in for the session.
This means to gym is never over crowded, and everyone has access to ample equipment.
- HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You can arrange a to come down by clicking the 'Gym Drop in' at the bottom of this page.
We'll give you a quick call to arrange a day and a time to show you around, and get to know you and your goals a little better
- CAN I GET A SESSION PASS?
Yes.
If you want to come down and train with us for a session you can do.
Please note these are only available at set times.
- DO YOU OFFER OPEN GYM ONLY MEMBERSHIP
No.
Open gym is there for people who haven't been able to make it to the gym in time for the coached sessions.
