We're going to go look at the macro nutrients into a little bit of detail about each one. 

If you're wondering 'WTF is a macro nutrient' don't stress, this is just the name given collectively to the proteins, 
fats and carbs we eat. 

They are also known simply as macros. 

All the food we eat is made up of a combination of macros, and tracking macros is the next step after 
we've mastered getting to the gym, and tracking our calories :)
