Let’s start with the simplest, and probably the absolute best way to track progress 

This is the simple photo! 
On the calendar on your app, it will automatically tell you to upload progress photos, this is usually between every 4 - 6 weeks. 

They will be front, side and back photos, and they’re stored on the app. 

No one else will see them. (and before they’re posted anywhere, we’ll ask for your permission)
