GYM EVOLUTION

USING THE GYM EVOLUTION SYSTEM, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLOT WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW, AND SEE WHERE we NEED TO GO AND WHAT WE NEED TO WORK ON IN ORDER TO MAKE CONTINUAL PROGRESS.


STARTING AS A BABY TURTLE, THERE ARE 6 TASKS IN RELATION TO TRAINING, NUTRITION AND HABITS WHICH NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO EVOLVE INTO A DOLPHIN.


AT THE DOLPHIN STAGE, THERE ARE SUBSEQUENTLY 6 MORE TASKS, WHICH ARE A LITTLE MORE ADVANCED, IN ORDER TO EVOLVE INTO A SHARK!


AT THE SHARK STAGE, WE'RE CONCENTRATING ON THINGS THAT are going to help us maintain our results, and gradually make more.


The more progress we make, the harder progress becomes, and the more effort is required to make further progress.


A lot (~80%) of our potential results can be gained through simply completing the baby turtle part of this process, so don't overlook it, and ALWAYS start with the baby turtle tasks.

FIGURING OUT YOUR WHY



We all have what might seem like a 'shallow, surface level reason' for going to the gym and training, but whats the real reason?



A lot of the time if we dig a little deeper, and figure out our deep "why" for doing something its usually very deep and meaningful. Some of the common reasons given involve avoiding illnesses and injuries, gaining back self confidence, and feeling more comfortable in our own skin are all deeper reasons for training than the surface level stuff thats easy to discuss.



If you haven't had a think about this, we would suggest heading to the below page and completing the "5 WHYS TASK" as this will help to develop a deeper understanding of why you're training, and allow you to gain some perspective, plus, give you some extra fuel to stoke your training fire.
