In this video we cover an often very misunderstood topic: Calorie tracking.
Theres nothing magical about calorie tracking, its simply just a method.
And it can be a useful method, whether your goal is to increase muscle mass, lose weight or just get plain strong, getting to grips with calorie tracking is a good option, as it means we can learn about the calories that are in certain foods.
Like most methods, it's by no means perfect. But out of all of the available methods its probably the most accurate, and the one that can mean its easier to stick to one of the other 7 non tracking methods.
Remember the classic quote of "progress not perfection"
If you spend 3-4 weeks tracking your calories to get a good idea of what typical days look like, whilst making progress in the direction that you want to head in, it means that you can base the amounts of food you eat around this, and continue to make progress, way beyond that 3-4 week period.
